What is your Revision Policy?
Revisions are only provided when I make an error with the script. Please send pronunciation for any unusual names or acronyms. I will not re-film for personal taste; all videos are consistent so please watch samples before buying & make special requests before ordering.
How long does it take to get my video?
Our standard turnaround time is 10 business days, there are some circumstances where we may need to extend the delivery time but these would be communicated to you immediately. We do offer an expedited turnaround time of 5 business days for an expedition charge of $499.
Does the video have to be shot inside?
No! We offer extras that will allow you to have a video shot outside such as in the lovely Tampa Bay area. We have parks, beaches, ocean views, downtown, many more potential locations to shoot. Contact us for more information.
Can I choose more than 1 actor in the video?
Yes of course! We can include up to 2 extra actors per video. Each additional actor will require a $175 fee per video.
