How does the process work?

Please look over our packages (include link to packages) and see if any of them fit your vision. We can create a custom package if you don’t see what you are looking for. Our team will provide you with a questionnaire to better understand your goals and whatever message you want to convey. If you have a product, you can ship it to our studio at this point and we will work our magic and create a video for you within 10 days of arrival.

Can you deliver sooner than 10 days?

Yes! We offer expedited services for $500, which covers 5-day turnaround. Please note that we may not be able to book your desired actor in this timeframe, but will do our best and communicate with you throughout the process to find an actor who is available and fits your demographic.

Can you wear our company uniform?

Of course! We will provide the actor’s size and our address so you can send that over.

What is your revision policy?

Great question. Our work is consistent and we will communicate with you throughout the process to minimize the need for revisions. After delivery, you are entitled to 2 rounds of minor revisions. Minor revisions include adjustments to graphics, text, the music and the editing. Re-filming will incur additional charges if you decide you want to change the script or add anything that was not included in the outline/brief. Of course, if we mess up, we will correct it!

In the unlikely case that you are unsatisfied after revisions are made, we will refund 50% of your order. Please note that upon accepting a refund, you will no longer have rights to use the video.

I have an animal product. Can you include pets?

Yes, we have access to a few different animals and would love to incorporate them in the video. Just reach out and let us know what you are looking for!

Where can I use the video?

The video is yours and you can use it anywhere! Use it as an ad on Facebook, a kickstarter campaign, on your website, social media and so much more. The sky is the limit! Some of our ads even end up on television. We can’t wait to work with you!
